For property developers

Compare unit types before the sales presentation.

Two unit types may have the same bedroom count but very different entries, storage, and usable living space. Build a clearly labeled comparison of the layouts before the sales team chooses which model and image to show a buyer.

Signing in alone does not start a paid subscription.

How it works for property developers

Try the editor on a sample home
  1. Label the source and the unit type

Create a project for each distinct layout with a neutral type code, such as “Two-bedroom A,” and record the source drawing revision.

  2. Compare the same questions for every type

Entry, bedroom access and storage, furnished with the same furniture dimensions so no type looks larger than it is.

  3. Keep each comparison tied to its revision

Keep each photoreal image with its model, then publish a page per unit type.

Ask for it in plain words

Every change is a preview until you keep it, and every kept change is a version you can go back to.
  • “Furnish Two-bedroom A and B the same way”
  • “Where is the storage in each type?”
  • “Make a photo of the living room in type B”

What you can do

  • A navigable conceptual model for each unit type.
  • Separate saved furnishing and finish options within each type’s reconstruction.
  • Photoreal images for each unit type, saved with its model.

Limits to keep in mind

  • No sales inventory, availability tracking, or reservation workflow. Keep approved areas, prices, and inclusions in the sales documents.
  • Certified dimensions. Measure critical sizes on site.

Features you can use

One project per unit type

Keep each apartment or house layout in its own project with a clear type label and saved revisions.

Comparable model views

Inspect the entry, circulation, and furniture footprint in each model rather than comparing brochure images drawn at different scales.

Questions from professionals

Which plan supports multi-floor buildings?

Business includes multi-floor building reconstruction. Select the source drawing or PDF page for each floor, then review alignment, elevations and stair connections before confirming the model. Starting a new building reconstruction or retrying one requires Business. Existing jobs remain available to review and confirm if your plan changes.

Which plans include API and MCP access?

Paid plans include MCP under the same plan features and usage limits, with no separate MCP credits. Self-service clients such as Codex start with read access: copy a project ID from its dashboard URL, connect to https://mcp.inktobrick.com/mcp and authorize the floorplan read scope. Reading an existing project does not use an import. To prepare edits you confirm, sign in again with the design-option write and select scopes. Free does not include MCP; Business also includes API access.
