Turn a sales brochure, old drawing or property floorplan into a conceptual 3D model you can open in a browser. Inspect the rooms, compare furniture and finish directions, generate a view of the proposed space and carry a saved revision into the next tool.
What you can do
- Upload one complete PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG or DXF floorplan up to 25 MiB. Each conversion uses an import from your plan allowance.
- Review a model with completed walls, openings and readable room labels. The viewer reports model-space area, room count, overall extent and height.
- Create separate Design Options for furniture, editable finishes and lighting while reconstructed walls and openings stay fixed.
- Compare saved Recommended, Lighter alternative and Bolder alternative directions over the same rooms. Generating new AI furnishing directions is currently unavailable; you can still edit furniture and finishes manually.
- Capture the current 3D view and generate a photoreal image with Gemini. The private project gallery keeps the result beside its source view, exact revision and source GLB.
- Publish a model people can turn in the browser. Before publishing, the project creator or an assigned customer Editor with an available seat can export a saved revision in 20 plan, 3D, data and image formats when the plan includes access.
Plans for one home or a property portfolio
Free costs $0 and includes one lifetime import and one editor. Plus and Creator replenish one or three imports each month for one editor. Studio and Business pool eight or twenty monthly imports across three or five editors. A Project Pass covers one project, three imports and one editor for up to 90 days. Compare plan features and export access.
Public work and project records
Free is for public projects; private work needs a paid plan. A public page carries the model and the project fields prepared for visitors; the uploaded source drawing, private generated-image gallery, collaborator details, billing records and internal processing evidence are not part of that page. Public projects can opt into map discovery and featured-space or newsletter consideration. See what stays private and what you publish, or open a published model without an account.
Worth checkingConceptual model only. Not a survey or construction document. The model does not carry a certified accuracy tolerance, code approval or engineering validation. Compare it with the source drawing and verify critical dimensions on site before ordering or building.
