What you can do
- A navigable 3D model of the plan you uploaded, opened in a browser.
- Modeled spaces you can inspect while the original geometry stays locked.
- Approximate room areas and sizes in the viewer.
- Photoreal images of any view, kept in a private gallery with the 3D file.
- A saved model you can export for private review on an eligible paid plan, or intentionally publish as a public release.
Limits to keep in mind
- Certified room areas. The public viewer can show approximate areas for rooms with measurable geometry, but these do not replace a survey.
- Structural changes. Walls, doors, windows, spaces and levels come from the existing conditions and do not change in the app.
- Full furniture editing on a phone. Use a tablet or computer for furniture placement.
- A site survey. Measure critical sizes before ordering.

Which plan supports multi-floor buildings?
Business includes multi-floor building reconstruction. Select the source drawing or PDF page for each floor, then review alignment, elevations and stair connections before confirming the model. Starting a new building reconstruction or retrying one requires Business. Existing jobs remain available to review and confirm if your plan changes.
Which plans include API and MCP access?
Paid plans include MCP under the same plan features and usage limits, with no separate MCP credits. Self-service clients such as Codex start with read access: copy a project ID from its dashboard URL, connect to https://mcp.inktobrick.com/mcp and authorize the floorplan read scope. Reading an existing project does not use an import. To prepare edits you confirm, sign in again with the design-option write and select scopes. Free does not include MCP; Business also includes API access.
