What counts as an import?
Processing a new source floorplan into a project uses one import. Opening, editing, rendering or exporting an existing project does not use another import.
What is included for free?
Free includes one lifetime import and one editor for a public project. Private work needs a paid plan. The Free plan does not include the export library.
When does Project Pass fit?
Project Pass covers one project, three total imports and one editor for up to 90 days. It is a one-time purchase rather than a monthly subscription.
Which plan supports multi-floor buildings?
Business includes multi-floor building reconstruction. Select the source drawing or PDF page for each floor, then review alignment, elevations and stair connections before confirming the model. Starting a new building reconstruction or retrying one requires Business. Existing jobs remain available to review and confirm if your plan changes.
Which plans include API and MCP access?
Paid plans include MCP under the same plan features and usage limits, with no separate MCP credits. Self-service clients such as Codex receive read access: copy a project ID from its dashboard URL, connect to https://mcp.inktobrick.com/mcp and authorize the floorplan read scope. Reading an existing project does not use an import. Contact us to register an editing client that supports preview and confirmation. Free does not include MCP; Business also includes API access.
Which export formats are included?
Plus includes basic plan, model and data exports, including GLB, plus PNG, JPEG and WebP images. Creator and Project Pass add export controls and DXF, DWG and SKP. Business adds IFC and STEP. The full 20-format library spans SVG, scaled PDF, layered DXF and DWG plans; GLB, packaged glTF, OBJ, COLLADA, STL, 3MF, SKP, IFC, STEP and USDZ models; JSON, CSV and XLSX data; and PNG, JPEG and WebP images. The project creator or an assigned customer Editor with an available seat can use the export library while the project is nonpublic. It does not include native Revit files or video; the full FAQ explains format limits.
How many photoreal images are included?
Free includes two lifetime images. Plus includes 10 images per month, Creator 30, Studio 80 and Business 250. Project Pass includes 30 images for its project period. Each generated 2K image uses one image credit, separate from floorplan imports. You can add prepaid image credits; there are no automatic overage charges.
Can I do everything on a phone?
Use a tablet or computer to place and move furniture. A phone can review a project and change finishes.
