Create and refine architectural models for clearly scoped, paid assignments.
Remote worldwide, subject to agreeing a lawful contract and payment arrangement.
Employee amounts are annual gross base pay. Freelance amounts are hourly, with fixed-price assignments agreed before work begins. These are proposed recruiting budgets, not verified company compensation or global market averages.
What you will do
- Build geometry from supplied, permitted references and record missing dimensions.
- Refine topology, openings and material assignment for editable results.
- Deliver agreed model files with units, assumptions and receiving-tool checks.
What you will bring
- A modeling portfolio showing geometry as well as finished images.
- Experience in Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max or an equivalent modeling workflow.
- Reliable estimation of scope and the ability to explain model handoff decisions.
A portfolio or relevant work-sample link and an explanation of your contribution are required. Share only work you have permission to show.
Working arrangements
- Asynchronous collaboration. Record your availability; workload is agreed for each assignment.
- Hourly amounts are proposed budgets in USD. Any fixed-price scope and payment are agreed before work begins.
- Portfolio review, conversation, then a paid scoped assignment. No guaranteed hours or unpaid commercial deliverable.
