What counts as a floor?

One physical level, not one PDF page. Your plan sets how many floors a home or project can have.
  • Two levels on one page use two floors.
  • Fragments of the same level use one floor.
  • Retries after a failed build and manual corrections do not count again.

What counts as one floor?

One physical level activated as an editable floor. Two levels on one PDF page use two floors; fragments describing the same level use one. Rooms, design options, exports and manual corrections do not use extra floors.

What can I try before paying?

Upload a plan and see your home in 3D before you pay. The sample duplex is free for anyone to edit, without signing in. Editing your own home needs a plan.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime in Settings. Your homes stay viewable after you cancel. On Core your projects and client links stay view-only, and on Pro and Team your projects and past exports stay.

What happens if reconstruction fails?

A floor build is reserved when processing starts and counted when the editable result is ready. A failed build goes back to your monthly builds. Supported retries cost no additional floor; a materially revised replacement drawing counts as a new build, and we tell you before it starts.

What if I reach a limit?

You are offered a one-time top-up at the moment you need it: +1 floor on a home for $2.99 on Home, Home Max and Plural; +3 floors on a project for $4.99 or +5 floor builds for $9.99 on Core, Pro and Team; +20 credits for $9.99 or +100 credits for $39 on every plan. Credits and builds you buy never expire.

How do credits work?

One photo, or one AI layout, furnish or restyle, uses one credit. Monthly credits: Home 10, Home Max 40, Plural 100, Core 80, Pro 120 and Team 300, shared by the team. Assistant changes, the edits you ask for in plain words, have their own monthly allowance: Home 100, Home Max 300, Plural 500, Core 300, Pro 600 and Team 2,000, shared. Both reset each month.

Can my team share a plan?

Yes. Core adds editor seats at $19 a month each and Pro at $25. Team includes 3 seats, and more are $25 a month each. Clients open view-only links, and on Core, Pro and Team they can pick between your design options.

Which plans include MCP and API?

Pro and Team include supported MCP tools under project permissions. Team includes API access. Use the web app for floor plan upload and scene export.
