Freelance BIM Workflow Specialist
Evaluate structured building models and the boundaries of import and export workflows.
Remote worldwide, subject to agreeing a lawful contract and payment arrangement.

What you will do
- Check units, placement, object structure and interoperability in supplied models.
- Compare receiving-tool results with the original and document information loss.
- Create minimal permitted examples of import/export failures and retest changes.
What you will bring
- Relevant BIM workflow examples in Revit, IFC or comparable structured-model tools.
- Understanding of model exchange, coordinates and geometry versus BIM semantics.
- Ability to avoid claiming BIM round-trip fidelity from a visual mesh alone.
A portfolio or relevant work-sample link and an explanation of your contribution are required. Share only work you have permission to show.

- Asynchronous collaboration. Record your availability; workload is agreed for each assignment.
