Casa Bisagra is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 10824, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. A full-width living room sits beneath the kitchen and bedroom, with two small bathrooms grouped between those rooms. A short central passage serves the bathrooms and bedroom, while the kitchen remains open toward the living area.

A full-width room with a recessed cluster

Casa Bisagra places a broad living room below a more divided room group in the drawing. The kitchen and bedroom bracket two small bathrooms. This contrast makes the recessed cluster useful to study: the smallest rooms can dictate how the larger shared room is approached.

The published width and depth are approximately 9.10 × 6.70 m. They help place this arrangement in context, but include the outer model bounds. They cannot establish net living area, a verified wall thickness or the space left beside an actual bed.

One short passage does several jobs

The central passage serves both bathrooms and the bedroom, while the kitchen stays open toward the living area. It therefore gathers different routines at one junction. A visitor reaching a bathroom and someone leaving the bedroom may need the same patch of clear floor.

Avoid making the junction a furniture zone

The planning priority is preserving the transition between the open kitchen side and the passage. A console or dining chair might seem harmless in the broad living room yet interrupt that junction. Set out the route first, then use the remaining area to organize seating.

Follow the bathroom route with company

Find the central passage in the model and draw two simultaneous trips: bedroom to living room, and living room to bathroom. Locate their crossing. Compare a seating layout that leaves this point clear with one that pushes a chair into it.

Treat the crossing beside the bathroom cluster as a specific place to measure, including the space occupied by two people rather than only their route lines.
