Casa Tránsito is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 5906, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. The bedroom and living room sit at opposite ends of a wide plan, with the kitchen opening from the short hall between them. Two bathrooms line the lower edge; one connects to the bedroom and the other to the hall.

A wide plan with a compact connector

Casa Tránsito separates the bedroom and living room across the width of the plan. Between them, a short hall serves the kitchen. The contrast is instructive: the longest visual span is not the circulation space, which concentrates its work in a much smaller central area.

At approximately 10.22 × 6.03 m across its model bounds, this reconstruction gives a scale for comparing the room relationships. Multiplying those figures would describe a bounding rectangle rather than verified usable area, and the displayed furniture does not establish clearance.

Two bathrooms, two access patterns

The lower bathroom pair does not share one access rule. One bathroom connects to the bedroom; the other opens from the hall. That distinction changes who crosses a private room and where a visitor’s route ends. Count the connections before treating the two rooms as interchangeable.

Protect the hall from kitchen spillover

A kitchen opening onto a short hall can make a counter edge or added cart part of the circulation problem. Any furnishing proposal should preserve the bedroom–living connection as well as access to the shared bathroom. The hall cannot be judged only from inside the kitchen.

Compare the visitor and bedroom routes

Trace living room to hall bathroom, then bedroom to its connected bathroom. Compare where those journeys overlap and where they remain separate. Sketch a kitchen cart near the hall opening and identify whether it compromises the useful separation or merely occupies unused floor.

The question is whether the hall keeps its shared role while the bedroom bathroom retains a separate approach; furniture should be judged against both access patterns.
