Casa Pliegue is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 16375, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. The kitchen and living area form one uninterrupted side of this one-bedroom layout. Opposite them, the bedroom wraps around a long bathroom, with a second bathroom set into a shorter projection at the edge.

An open side facing a folded room group

Casa Pliegue places an uninterrupted kitchen–living zone opposite a more intricate bedroom wing. The bedroom wraps around a long bathroom, and another bathroom occupies a shorter edge projection. The shared room’s simple reading therefore differs from the private side’s stepped geometry.

The published width and depth are approximately 8.26 × 7.21 m. They help place this arrangement in context, but include the outer model bounds. They cannot establish net living area, a verified wall thickness or the space left beside an actual bed.

A wraparound bedroom is not one uniform bay

Because the bedroom turns around a bathroom, its useful floor should be read in parts. A bed may fit within the broad portion while a wardrobe competes with the narrower return. Examine the doorway relationships before assuming the room behaves like a conventional uninterrupted rectangle.

Let the open side carry distinct activities

The kitchen and living area offer continuity without establishing where dining or seating should end. Use the bedroom wing as a landmark when proposing zones, then preserve its approach. A divider added for privacy deserves a circulation check because it could turn openness into a detour.

Compare the broad bay and narrow return

Locate the bedroom’s turn around the long bathroom. Sketch a bed in the broader portion and a wardrobe near the return, then trace access to both. Record whether the limiting dimension is beside the bed, in front of storage or at the room’s change in shape.

Compare the bedroom’s return with the storage footprint actually proposed, and keep its unknown dimensions visible before treating the wraparound shape as an efficient furnishing solution.
