Casa Compás is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 6779, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Two differently sized bathrooms occupy one corner above the bedroom, beside a central kitchen. A short hall gathers their doorways and connects them to the long living room along the other side.

An unequal pair beside a central kitchen

Casa Compás groups two differently sized bathrooms above the bedroom in the drawing, beside a central kitchen. The unequal bays make the cluster more specific than a generic service core. Their proportions and access should be read separately before deciding how furniture can occupy the neighboring spaces.

The reconstructed envelope is approximately 8.93 × 6.18 m, using the public model’s width and depth. Keep that overall scale separate from bedroom width, passage clearance and furniture size: each needs its own check against a dimensioned source or a site measurement.

The hall gathers several doorways

The short hall collects doorways and reaches the long living room. This gathering point is where a small obstruction may affect more than one room. Look at approaches from the bedroom and kitchen as well as from the living room, rather than relying on a single overhead impression.

Use the long room to ease the short hall

The long living room offers a possible location for storage that might otherwise crowd the hall. Compare a console nearer the shared room with one tucked beside the bathroom cluster. Neither option is accepted until its depth and the door approaches are checked against reliable dimensions.

Check both bathroom approaches independently

Locate the unequal bathroom bays and the hall that gathers their doors. Sketch a storage footprint beside the cluster and trace an approach to each bathroom from the living room. Identify whether the shorter bay or longer bay is more affected by the proposal and why.

The unequal bathroom approaches may respond differently to the same console depth; list both effects before selecting a storage position from the broad living-room view.
