Casa Hendidura is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 10671, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Two bedrooms form the lower corners of the plan, while the kitchen and living area sit above them on either side of a recess. A narrow bathroom and small anteroom lie beside the central passage, which continues openly into the living area.

The upper recess separates the shared corners

Casa Hendidura places the bedrooms in the lower corners of the drawing, with kitchen and living area above them on either side of a recess. The resulting outline does not explain an outdoor use. Its value here is showing how separate room groups meet around the middle.

The public model reports an approximate overall width and depth of 9.10 × 6.62 m. Those are model bounds, not internal room measurements or a usable floor-area calculation; recesses and wall thickness make that distinction relevant here.

A central passage with a bathroom side sequence

The passage continues openly into the living area, while a narrow bathroom and small anteroom sit beside it. The anteroom adds a transition before the bathroom; it should not disappear from the circulation discussion. Follow the bedroom routes and bathroom approach separately before placing furniture in the open middle.

Keep the open middle useful

An open connection into the living room can be visually attractive yet vulnerable to furniture overflow. A proposed table should belong to the shared room without appropriating the bedroom approaches or bathroom anteroom. Treat the recess as geometry to preserve, not as evidence that an extra room is missing.

Review three trips through the middle

Locate both lower bedrooms and the bathroom anteroom. Draw each bedroom-to-living route and a living-to-bathroom trip. Sketch a table at the open passage’s end, then farther into the living room. Compare whether the proposal shifts a single route or all three.

Use the bathroom anteroom as a distinct destination in the comparison, so shifting the table does not preserve bedroom access while silently crowding the sanitary approach.
