Casa Dos Orillas: two bedrooms above a living room and kitchen nook
Explore Casa Dos Orillas, a study of ResPlan plan 6748: two bedrooms above a living room and kitchen nook.
Casa Dos Orillas is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 6748, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. The two bedrooms occupy the upper corners of the drawing, with one bathroom between them and another below the right-hand bedroom. A broad living area runs beneath this room group and opens into a kitchen nook at the corner.
Two bedrooms above a broad shared band
Casa Dos Orillas puts both bedrooms above the broad living area in the drawing. One bathroom sits between them, while the other lies below the right-hand bedroom. The kitchen nook occupies a shared-area corner, creating a room group whose access cannot be understood from a bedroom count alone.
The published width and depth are approximately 9.59 × 9.52 m. They help place this arrangement in context, but include the outer model bounds. They cannot establish net living area, a verified wall thickness or the space left beside an actual bed.

The corner kitchen has a diagonal audience
The broad living area reaches toward the kitchen nook rather than a separate kitchen corridor. A table can connect those activities, but it also changes movement across the shared band. Check how the route from each bedroom enters that band before giving the kitchen corner all the dining space.
Different bathroom positions deserve different checks
The central bathroom and lower right-hand bathroom occupy different relationships to the bedrooms and living room. Locate their actual openings in the model rather than assuming both are private or both shared. A furnishing proposal should preserve the approaches shown, without renaming the rooms as verified suites.
Review the corner table from both bedrooms
Sketch a table near the kitchen nook on a screenshot. Trace routes from the two upper bedrooms into the living area and toward each bathroom. Pull a chair back into the shared band and identify whether the conflict falls near the kitchen or farther along a bedroom approach.
Keep the corner kitchen and both bathroom positions in the comparison, because a table can affect the nearer bathroom and bedroom approach in different ways.
