Casa Paralela is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 16472, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Two bedrooms share one side of the rectangular plan. On the other side, the living area opens toward a kitchen bay, with two narrow bathrooms grouped beside the kitchen along the same outer wall.

A rectangle with two contrasting sides

Casa Paralela has a rectangular outline with bedrooms on one side and shared activities on the other. The kitchen and two narrow bathrooms group along the same outer wall. That grouping is a spatial observation; the reconstruction does not establish plumbing runs or the feasibility of moving wet services.

Its reported model bounds are about 8.54 × 7.29 m in width and depth. This is a useful orientation cue for the cutaway, not a measured statement about a property. Judge the arrangement first, then verify the particular dimensions a proposal depends on.

The living room feeds more than the kitchen

The living area opens toward the kitchen bay, but the bedroom side and bathroom group also depend on clear approaches. A dining arrangement facing the kitchen may seem natural while still blocking a cross-route to the bedrooms. Read across the plan as well as along its service edge.

Separate a furniture choice from a service change

For an initial proposal, compare furniture positions within the published organization. Moving a table is a different decision from moving a bathroom or kitchen wall. The grouped service edge makes the latter tempting to generalize, but structural and installation information would be required before any construction conclusion.

Check the cross-route through the shared side

Locate the narrow bathroom pair and kitchen bay. Draw a dining footprint along that edge, then trace bedroom-to-living and living-to-bathroom trips. Compare an alternative with the table moved farther into the shared room and determine which doorway approach benefits or loses space.

The grouped service edge is a location reference, not a construction shortcut; conclude with the furniture clearance to verify rather than a claim about simplified plumbing.
