Casa Intervalo is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 10924, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Two bedrooms form a stacked pair along one side, opposite the kitchen and a long living area. A bathroom bridges the upper bedroom and kitchen below an exterior recess, while a second, narrower bathroom sits along the lower edge.

A stacked bedroom side facing a long shared side

Casa Intervalo lines up the two bedrooms along one side, opposite the kitchen and long living area. The upper bathroom sits between bedroom and kitchen below a recess, while a narrower bathroom occupies the lower edge. This gives the central room relationships two different bathroom conditions to negotiate.

The public model reports an approximate overall width and depth of 9.22 × 7.89 m. Those are model bounds, not internal room measurements or a usable floor-area calculation; recesses and wall thickness make that distinction relevant here.

The upper bridge and lower edge differ

The bathroom bridging the upper bedroom and kitchen changes the space available around their junction. The lower bathroom creates another destination along the living side. Follow the actual doorways in the model before assuming the two bays share identical access or that either is an ensuite.

Protect connections at both ends of the long room

A long seating composition may leave generous space in its middle while crowding the kitchen-side connection or lower bathroom approach. Review both ends rather than judging the room by its broadest point. The exterior recess should remain a recorded shape, without adding a balcony narrative to the proposal.

Compare the upper and lower bathroom trips

Find the upper recessed bathroom and lower narrow bay. Sketch seating along the living room and trace a route from each bedroom toward the bathroom doors shown. Move the nearest seating piece away from one approach, then check whether that adjustment creates a conflict at the other end.

A useful seating adjustment should protect both ends of the long room, rather than creating clearance at one bathroom approach by displacing the conflict toward the other.
