Casa Partida is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 16181, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. A central passage opens between the living room and kitchen and leads toward two bedrooms at the opposite corners. One bathroom sits between the bedrooms, while another lies across the side above the kitchen.

The central passage divides shared activities

Casa Partida opens a central passage between living room and kitchen, leading toward bedrooms at the opposite corners. The bathrooms occupy different bands: one between the bedrooms and another above the kitchen. This organization makes the passage the clearest reference for understanding the whole plan.

The reconstructed envelope is approximately 8.49 × 6.79 m, using the public model’s width and depth. Keep that overall scale separate from bedroom width, passage clearance and furniture size: each needs its own check against a dimensioned source or a site measurement.

An open entry route is still a route

Because the passage is open to shared rooms, it may appear to merge into their available floor. Keep its entry and bedroom connections visible when studying furniture. A table that projects from the kitchen side or a sofa from the living side can reduce the same common strip.

Use each side without filling the center

The layout suggests organizing cooking and sitting on their respective sides while preserving the central approach. This is a proposal to examine, not a furnished condition established by the reconstruction. Check whether dining chairs, cabinet doors or storage depth would spill beyond those activity zones into the passage.

Review a table and sofa as one combined test

Mark the central passage from the shared-room side toward both bedrooms. Sketch a table near the kitchen and seating near the living room simultaneously, rather than testing them in isolation. Add a chair in use and identify whether both arrangements borrow clearance from the same route.

Table and sofa should be tested together because both border the same central passage; separate pleasant views cannot establish that the combined arrangement keeps the route clear.
