Casa Antesala: open vestibule beside a two-bedroom living core
Explore Casa Antesala, a study of ResPlan plan 13050: open vestibule beside a two-bedroom living core.
Casa Antesala is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 13050, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. An unlabeled entry vestibule opens into the central living area, with the kitchen and one bathroom grouped along its side. Two bedrooms form the opposite edge, and the upper bedroom connects to a second bathroom beneath an exterior recess.
The entry has a space of its own
Casa Antesala includes an unlabeled entry vestibule opening into the central living area. Unlike a corridor with a defined single purpose, this space invites a brief about arrival and storage. Its source remains unlabeled; the name does not establish a furnished foyer or an existing coat-storage arrangement.
The published width and depth are approximately 11.28 × 8.44 m. They help place this arrangement in context, but include the outer model bounds. They cannot establish net living area, a verified wall thickness or the space left beside an actual bed.

Arrival joins a shared core and private edge
The kitchen and one bathroom group beside the living core, with bedrooms on the opposite edge. The upper bedroom connects to a second bathroom below the exterior recess. Follow the entry into the living area and then toward these destinations before assigning furniture to the vestibule.
Arrival storage should support the route
A proposed bench or cabinet could give the vestibule a useful role, provided it does not compress the transition into the living core. Keep the direct bedroom–bathroom connection distinct from the bathroom beside the shared rooms. Neither the vestibule nor recess proves extra floor available beyond the shown outline.
Test arrival with an occupied bench
Find the unlabeled vestibule and sketch a bench plus a seated person’s space. Trace entry-to-kitchen and entry-to-bedroom trips around it. Compare the bench with a shallower storage proposal and identify which leaves the transition to the central living room easier to understand.
The bench’s occupied footprint is the relevant arrival condition, and the unlabeled vestibule should remain identifiable as source geometry rather than a documented furnished foyer.
