Casa Dos Refugios: two-bedroom plan with a bathroom off each bedroom
Explore Casa Dos Refugios, a study of ResPlan plan 7357: two-bedroom plan with a bathroom off each bedroom.
Casa Dos Refugios is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 7357, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. An L-shaped living area connects two bedrooms set at opposite corners and a separate kitchen. Each bedroom has a direct doorway to its own adjoining bathroom, with one bathroom forming a small projection at the side of the plan.
Two direct bathroom connections
Casa Dos Refugios gives each bedroom a direct doorway to its adjoining bathroom. The living area turns between the opposite-corner bedrooms and separate kitchen. This is a meaningful access distinction in the published plan, without establishing actual household arrangements, room bookings or a completed two-suite property.
The public model reports an approximate overall width and depth of 11.03 × 6.17 m. Those are model bounds, not internal room measurements or a usable floor-area calculation; recesses and wall thickness make that distinction relevant here.

The shared room connects the two private sequences
Bedroom and bathroom pairs form two private sequences, while the L-shaped living area carries the shared connection. Follow the bend toward the kitchen as well as the bedroom approaches. A clear bathroom doorway within a bedroom does not establish that movement through the shared room remains equally clear.
Separate sleeping fit from shared-room fit
A furnishing proposal has two levels here: furniture within each bedroom, and seating along the connecting L. A bed or wardrobe should preserve the bathroom doorway inside its room. The shared seating should preserve the L’s bend, even if both bedrooms appear comfortably furnished in isolation.
Trace bed to bathroom and bedroom to kitchen
In each bedroom, identify the direct bathroom doorway and sketch a bed-and-storage option. Then trace the separate journey from that bedroom through the L-shaped living area to the kitchen. Check both scales of movement before accepting an arrangement based only on a pleasing bedroom view.
The two direct bathroom doorways require local bedroom checks, while the shared L requires its own route review; neither level of fit can substitute for the other.
