Casa Profundidad is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 10544, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. A deep kitchen bay and two narrow bathrooms form a row beside one bedroom. The second bedroom sits below the kitchen, opposite a broad living room that opens to the short central passage.

Depth is distributed unevenly across the row

Casa Profundidad sets a deep kitchen bay beside two narrow bathroom bays and a bedroom. The second bedroom lies below the kitchen, opposite a broad living room. These different proportions are the study’s main lesson: a compact outline can contain very different usable conditions from one room to the next.

The reconstructed envelope is approximately 8.51 × 6.28 m, using the public model’s width and depth. Keep that overall scale separate from bedroom width, passage clearance and furniture size: each needs its own check against a dimensioned source or a site measurement.

The short passage joins unequal rooms

The broad living room opens to the central passage, which connects the neighboring room group. Follow where the kitchen approach meets the bedroom and bathroom routes. Do not assume that the deep kitchen’s apparent floor can absorb an added piece without affecting the shared passage outside it.

Check a kitchen addition at its entrance too

A cart or extra counter inside the deep kitchen might look modest relative to its length. Its position near the opening may matter more than its size in an overview. Compare placing it farther inside the bay with positioning it at the shared-room end, keeping bathroom approaches in view.

Test depth without borrowing passage space

Locate the deep kitchen and short central passage. Sketch a proposed cart first near the kitchen entrance, then deeper into the bay. Trace living-to-kitchen and bedroom-to-bathroom journeys for both positions, asking whether the apparently roomy kitchen option relies on occupying the connector.

The cart’s position at the kitchen opening may be more consequential than its footprint deep inside the bay; record its effect on the short passage first.
