Casa Entremuro: two-bedroom layout with an inset lower bathroom
Explore Casa Entremuro, a study of ResPlan plan 6508: two-bedroom layout with an inset lower bathroom.
Casa Entremuro is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 6508, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Bedrooms at opposite corners are connected by a short passage beside the living area. One bathroom forms a narrow band under the kitchen, while the other is inset between the lower bedroom and living room.
An inset bathroom shapes the living edge
Casa Entremuro places one bathroom in a narrow band beneath the kitchen and another between the lower bedroom and living room. The inset bay changes the shared-room edge. Read it as an actual boundary for furniture rather than assuming the living room continues uninterrupted behind its projection.
The published width and depth are approximately 8.13 × 7.74 m. They help place this arrangement in context, but include the outer model bounds. They cannot establish net living area, a verified wall thickness or the space left beside an actual bed.

The short passage sits beside the shared room
Opposite-corner bedrooms connect through a short passage beside the living area. The inset bathroom makes that nearby edge less regular, so a seating layout should be checked against the passage and the bay together. Neither a wide living-room view nor the diagonal arrangement alone establishes clear access.
Let the inset edge define an honest furniture limit
A proposed sofa can use the living room’s broader portion while leaving the inset bathroom approach clear. Avoid filling the residual corner simply to complete a rectangular furniture composition. That apparent leftover may be needed to turn between the passage, living room and bathroom opening shown in the model.
Review the residual corner as a turning space
Find the inset bathroom and sketch a side table near its living-room edge. Trace a route from the lower bedroom to the central passage, then to the bathroom doorway shown. Compare the side table against leaving the corner clear, and identify where an actual clearance measurement is needed.
The residual corner beside the inset bathroom deserves a turning-space check before receiving a side table; compare access with the piece present and with the corner clear.
