Casa Alacena is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 6759, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. A broad kitchen opens onto the central passage above a long bathroom bay. The bedrooms occupy opposite corners, with the upper bedroom wrapping beside a second bathroom and the living room filling the lower corner.

A broad kitchen faces a narrower sequence

Casa Alacena gives the kitchen a broad bay opening toward the central passage, with a long bathroom below it. The upper bedroom wraps beside the second bathroom, while the living room occupies the lower corner. Room proportions vary enough that the kitchen’s breadth should not stand in for whole-plan spaciousness.

The reconstructed envelope is approximately 9.33 × 6.81 m, using the public model’s width and depth. Keep that overall scale separate from bedroom width, passage clearance and furniture size: each needs its own check against a dimensioned source or a site measurement.

A central passage meets a wraparound bedroom

The central passage links shared areas with opposite-corner bedrooms, but the upper bedroom’s shape deserves its own check. A route into its broader portion may still need to turn beside the bathroom. Examine the doorway approach and the inside corner separately when considering a bed or storage proposal.

Do not let kitchen furniture occupy the connector

A broad kitchen can tempt a larger dining or work piece near its opening. That proposal should be checked with the central passage in view, including the route toward the living-room corner. The useful question is where working space ends and shared circulation begins, not merely whether another piece looks attractive.

Compare a kitchen-edge table with an interior position

Find the broad kitchen opening and draw a table near its passage edge. Trace living-to-bedroom movement past it, then sketch the table farther inside the kitchen. Compare the route and working positions, noting whether the wraparound bedroom approach remains visible and accessible in both options.

The kitchen table comparison should keep the wraparound bedroom approach in view, making the tradeoff between working space and central circulation explicit rather than inferred from scale.
