Casa Alternancia is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 4632, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Two bedrooms share one side of the plan, opposite the kitchen and living room. The bathrooms step past one another in the middle, with a short passage below them and an exterior recess above the lower bathroom.

A staggered core between two room sides

Casa Alternancia puts the bedrooms on one side and kitchen and living room opposite them. The two bathrooms step past one another in the middle, with a passage below and exterior recess above the lower bay. This staggered core changes the transitions without changing the basic two-sided organization.

The published width and depth are approximately 9.04 × 7.03 m. They help place this arrangement in context, but include the outer model bounds. They cannot establish net living area, a verified wall thickness or the space left beside an actual bed.

The lower passage negotiates the stagger

The short passage below the bathrooms is not aligned with a uniform service wall. Follow where the bathroom edges step relative to the bedroom and shared-room approaches. Furniture near the living-room end of that passage can make one turn awkward even if another remains generously open in the model.

Accept the actual edges before placing storage

A proposed storage piece should fit the actual stepped boundary rather than flattening it in a sketch. The exterior recess is not established interior space and should not be counted as storage. Begin with the connecting passage’s turns, then identify a wall segment where a shallow piece might be reviewed.

Test the two turns beside the bathrooms

Locate the staggered bathroom pair and draw a proposed cabinet near the lower passage. Trace an approach from each bedroom toward the living room, looking for different turns around the core. Compare the cabinet against leaving the stepped corner clear and identify the specific measurement that would resolve the tighter turn.

The bathroom stagger makes each turn a distinct checkpoint; identify where a cabinet changes the tighter approach instead of averaging the available space across the whole passage.
