Casa Columna is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 12668, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Two bedrooms form a column separated by a narrow bathroom and connecting hall. The living room occupies the opposite lower side, with a deep kitchen above it and a second bathroom tucked beneath the upper recess.

A bedroom column beside stacked shared rooms

Casa Columna arranges two bedrooms in a vertical column of the drawing, separated by a narrow bathroom and connecting hall. Opposite them, the deep kitchen sits above the living room. Another bathroom occupies the space beneath the upper recess, adding a separate service bay to the stacked arrangement.

Its reported model bounds are about 7.24 × 8.03 m in width and depth. This is a useful orientation cue for the cutaway, not a measured statement about a property. Judge the arrangement first, then verify the particular dimensions a proposal depends on.

Explore Casa Columna: source plan ResPlan 12668. Rotate the view to trace the connections discussed here; upper and lower refer to the drawing, not geographic orientation.

The narrow bathroom between the bedrooms means their side is not a single uninterrupted sleeping band. The hall has to connect around that division and toward the shared rooms. Follow the journey from each bedroom separately; the upper kitchen and lower living room give those trips different immediate destinations.

Depth and height in the drawing are different questions

The kitchen’s depth invites a furniture-fit discussion, but its upper drawing position is not a geographic or daylight claim. Keep those readings separate. In the living room, assess furniture against the hall connection rather than filling the lower bay to match the visual weight of the kitchen above it.

Review the kitchen trip from each bedroom

Mark the hall and narrow bathroom between the bedrooms. Trace each bedroom-to-kitchen route, then sketch a table near the kitchen approach. Compare whether the same chair position affects both routes equally, and repeat with seating nearer the living room to understand the separate connection below.

The stacked room positions organize the comparison but do not establish geographic orientation; judge the table by both bedroom routes and keep the upper recess in the source outline.
