Casa Secuencia is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 4207, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. The living room and kitchen continue along one side of the plan around a partial dividing wall. Two bedrooms share the opposite side, with two staggered bathroom bays gathered beside the lower bedroom and central passage.

A long shared side beside a lower service cluster

Casa Secuencia extends living room and kitchen along one side, connected around a partial wall. Bedrooms occupy the opposite side, while staggered bathroom bays gather near the lower bedroom and central passage. The concentration below is a defining asymmetry, not a repeated bathroom condition for each bedroom.

The published width and depth are approximately 9.24 × 7.24 m. They help place this arrangement in context, but include the outer model bounds. They cannot establish net living area, a verified wall thickness or the space left beside an actual bed.

The wall turn and lower cluster create different checks

Movement between kitchen and living room uses the partial wall’s end. Routes toward bedrooms and bathrooms also negotiate the lower cluster. A furniture proposal should not collapse these into one clearance check: a chair might leave the kitchen turn open while occupying the bathroom approach near the central passage.

Organize shared activity along the actual sequence

A dining area near the kitchen and seating farther along the shared side may establish a useful sequence. Its success depends on retaining cross-routes to the bedroom side and bathroom cluster. The plan should guide the order of activities rather than a furniture arrangement forcing the lower connector to become a detour.

Review two destinations from the same seating point

Find the wall end and staggered bathrooms near the lower bedroom. Sketch seating along the shared side and trace one trip to the kitchen and another to the bathroom cluster. Compare a table added between them, paying attention to which route changes when its chair is pulled back.

The kitchen turn and lower bathroom cluster are separate destinations from the same seat; a table must work with both rather than improving the prettier of the two views.
