Casa Lado Abierto is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 16328. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Lado Abierto layout
A kitchen and living room connect along one side of the plan through a broad opening. Two bedrooms line the other side, separated by one bathroom, while a second bathroom extends beside the upper bedroom above the kitchen edge.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 8.837 × 8.117 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The broad kitchen opening keeps the social side continuous, but the bedroom side has two different interruptions. Follow the edge between these halves and note where routes turn toward the bedrooms and bathroom bays. That edge is more useful for furniture planning than an arbitrary division halfway across the living room. Keep the open connection readable from both directions.
A furniture decision to compare
Casa Lado Abierto suggests organizing shared furniture as a sequence along the kitchen–living side. A dining position near the broad opening could shorten carrying trips, provided chairs do not close the route. The bathroom extension above the kitchen remains a separate feature: adjacency alone does not establish plumbing connections or permission to move the intervening walls.

Identify the broad kitchen opening before choosing a dining location. Compare a table parallel to that opening with one placed farther inside the living area, using the same hypothetical dimensions. Trace kitchen-to-bedroom movement with a chair pulled back in each option. Keep the bedroom-side bathroom and upper bathroom extension visible in your comparison image.
