Reading the Casa Esquina Retirada layout
Two bedrooms line one side, with the wider upper room beside a pair of narrow bathrooms. The living area spreads across the lower and opposite side and opens toward a kitchen bay set back from the upper edge.

From the broad living area, locate the approach to that kitchen and then the bedroom-side connections. The upper bedroom is wider in the summary, but width alone does not determine bed placement once doorways and the neighboring bathroom pair enter the picture.
