Casa Cobre is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 11445. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.

Reading the Casa Cobre layout

Two bedrooms share one side, beside a row of bathroom bays and an enclosed kitchen. The living area fills the lower opposite side, opening to a short passage below the bathrooms and the recess in the upper outline.

The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 10.073 × 6.495 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

Rotate the Casa Cobre study to inspect the connections described here. Compare the plan shape before checking thresholds, keeping the uncertainties noted in this story visible.

How the room routes connect

The short passage below the bathroom row is the useful starting point in Casa Cobre. It gathers movement from the lower living area toward rooms above it, while the enclosed kitchen creates a separate threshold. A broad-looking living floor does not tell you whether those approaches remain clear once furniture occupies the edge below the bathroom bays.

A furniture decision to compare

Keep the notch in the upper outline visible when discussing the room row. It separates the apparent exterior alignment and helps explain why a storage proposal should follow individual wall segments. Within the living area, study seating along the outer edge first, so the passage-side edge remains available for the several destinations gathered above it.

Review exercise: Casa Cobre

Trace living-to-kitchen movement and then living-to-each-bedroom movement, marking where the trips share the short passage. Compare one storage footprint immediately below the bathroom row with the same footprint on the outer living-room wall. Record which doorway or turn each position affects. Do not infer access from the bathroom bays’ proximity alone.
