Casa Bajamar is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 12146. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.

Reading the Casa Bajamar layout

Two bedrooms form one side, with the upper room extending alongside a pair of narrow bathrooms. The kitchen sits lower along the opposite outer edge, above the living room and beside the short connecting passage.

The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 8.714 × 8.819 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

Rotate the Casa Bajamar study to inspect the connections described here. Compare the plan shape before checking thresholds, keeping the uncertainties noted in this story visible.

How the room routes connect

The kitchen in Casa Bajamar begins lower than the upper bedroom-and-bathroom group. This offset changes where movement enters the shared living side. Locate the short connecting passage and follow it toward both bedrooms before deciding which living-room edge can hold furniture. The pair of narrow bathrooms needs its own doorway reading rather than a guessed route across the kitchen.

A furniture decision to compare

The offset kitchen creates a useful comparison between a dining position beside its opening and one farther into the lower living room. Keep the upper room row as a separate reference, so the plan is not described as two matching strips. The upper bedroom extension is a footprint fact; it does not demonstrate extra windows, greater daylight or a specific furnishing capacity.

Review exercise: Casa Bajamar

In plan view, mark the kitchen’s upper edge and the upper bedroom’s projection. Trace kitchen-to-each-bedroom journeys through the short connection. Compare the two dining positions with a chair in use, then inspect the bathroom approaches. Save a note identifying the offset that each option respects or crowds; do not substitute the overall width for a local clearance measurement.
