Casa Esquina Extendida: Two-bedroom plan with a projecting lower bedroom
Two-bedroom plan with a projecting lower bedroom. A layout study from ResPlan 12969.
Casa Esquina Extendida is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 12969. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Esquina Extendida layout
The living room continues openly toward the kitchen, with a bedroom at each of the opposite corners around that shared area. One bathroom sits beside the upper bedroom, while a second narrow bay borders the lower bedroom, which projects beyond the kitchen edge.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 9.526 × 8.773 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The open kitchen–living connection forms Casa Esquina Extendida’s shared route, while the bedrooms pull that route toward opposite corners. Check the trip to the projecting lower bedroom separately from the upper bedroom approach. The lower bathroom’s narrow bay is part of that corner’s complexity, not an extension of the open social floor that can be occupied by a dining arrangement.
A furniture decision to compare
The projecting lower bedroom breaks the visual alignment with the kitchen. Retain that projection when comparing a table at the kitchen edge with one farther into the living space. The two corner bedrooms allow a discussion of separation through the shared room, but the model cannot establish acoustic performance, household roles or whether bathroom proximity means private access.
Review exercise: Casa Esquina Extendida
Trace a kitchen-to-lower-bedroom trip around the projecting corner and a kitchen-to-upper-bedroom trip across the shared space. Compare them with a hypothetical table near the kitchen boundary, then with the table shifted inward. Keep the narrow lower bath bay visible. Note which route changes most and which doorway geometry still needs confirmation from the source.
