Casa Vestíbulo: Three-bedroom layout around a broad central living room
Three-bedroom layout around a broad central living room. A layout study from ResPlan 3881.
Casa Vestíbulo is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 3881. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Vestíbulo layout
The living area joins an open kitchen and a short vestibule serving two of the three bedrooms. Horizontal bathroom bays sit on opposite sides of the center, with the third bedroom beside the kitchen-side bathroom.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 11.322 × 7.354 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Vestíbulo separates two bedroom routes through a short vestibule from the third bedroom’s kitchen-side relationship. That distinction matters more than counting three doors around one shared space. Trace the vestibule approaches first, then inspect the third bedroom separately. The bathrooms on opposite sides of the center add two local destinations rather than one compact bathroom core.
A furniture decision to compare
A dining position beside the open kitchen could affect the third bedroom more directly than the two served by the vestibule. Assess that local conflict before generalizing about the whole bedroom group. For seating, keep the vestibule entrance recognizable; a furniture enclosure that looks cozy from the kitchen may hide the point where two private-room trips begin.
Review exercise: Casa Vestíbulo
Compare a kitchen-to-third-bedroom trip with a kitchen-to-vestibule trip. Put a hypothetical dining chair in use near their shared segment and record which route it affects first. Then trace onward to both vestibule-served bedrooms. Keep the two bathroom bays labeled by position in your notes, avoiding an unsupported assumption that either is a guest or en-suite bathroom.
