Casa Centro Estrecho: Tall three-bedroom plan with a narrow middle living zone
Tall three-bedroom plan with a narrow middle living zone. A layout study from ResPlan 7658.
Casa Centro Estrecho is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 7658. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Centro Estrecho layout
The living room forms a narrow middle section between an upper bedroom-and-kitchen row and two bedrooms below. Two bathrooms occupy separate bays, one beside the upper bedroom and one above the lower bedroom pair near the side recess.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 7.085 × 12.24 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The narrow middle living zone is the critical part of Casa Centro Estrecho. It links an upper kitchen-and-bedroom row with two lower bedrooms, so several trips occupy a relatively constrained shared section. Inspect the route with furniture depth in mind before treating the full length of this tall plan as evidence of a spacious living room.
A furniture decision to compare
Favor a comparison that changes furniture depth before changing every room. A shallower seating footprint may preserve the connecting role of the central band more clearly than a large group aligned with its long direction. Keep the side recess and nearby lower bathroom in the drawing; otherwise the band’s local constraints are easily hidden by the overall tall silhouette.
Review exercise: Casa Centro Estrecho
Trace one trip from the upper kitchen to each lower bedroom, then add access to the nearby lower bathroom. Compare deep and shallow hypothetical seating footprints in the middle band. Inspect the narrowest point from above and from a camera looking along the band. Record the specific obstruction rather than concluding that every room in the tall plan is too small.
