Casa Fila Alta: Three-bedroom plan with an upper room row and side projection
Three-bedroom plan with an upper room row and side projection. A layout study from ResPlan 11467.
Casa Fila Alta is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 11467. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Fila Alta layout
Two bedrooms and the kitchen form a row across the upper side, with the living area and third bedroom below. One bathroom sits between the upper bedrooms, while the other projects beside the kitchen above the lower bedroom.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 12.743 × 8.008 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Fila Alta has two upper bedroom approaches and a third destination below, with the kitchen at the end of the upper row. Follow kitchen-to-bedroom trips through the living connection rather than reading the row as a corridor. The projecting bathroom beside the kitchen creates an additional local boundary above the lower bedroom that deserves its own doorway check.
A furniture decision to compare
The upper row can anchor a clear presentation, but the lower bedroom should not disappear from the furniture discussion. A dining proposal nearest the kitchen may affect the route to that lower room differently from the upper pair. Preserve the projecting bathroom in the view so that the kitchen corner is not mistaken for a simple uninterrupted rectangular bay.
Review exercise: Casa Fila Alta
Use the kitchen as the start of three traced trips. Compare the routes toward the two upper bedrooms with the route toward the lower bedroom. Add an imagined dining table near the kitchen, pull a chair back and inspect all three paths again. Record how the projecting bathroom changes the local turn rather than judging the table from the wide overview.
