Casa Cocina Profunda: Three-bedroom plan with a deep central kitchen
Three-bedroom plan with a deep central kitchen. A layout study from ResPlan 16299.
Casa Cocina Profunda is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 16299. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Cocina Profunda layout
A deep enclosed kitchen sits between two upper bedrooms, with the third bedroom below one of them. The living area occupies the lower opposite side, beside a bathroom that projects from the outer edge; the second bathroom lies between the stacked bedrooms.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 9.791 × 9.037 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The deep central kitchen in Casa Cocina Profunda is a room with a threshold, not a continuation of the living floor. Follow its approach from the lower living area, then compare routes to the upper bedroom pair and lower third bedroom. The projecting bathroom beside the living room adds a shared-side destination, while the other bathroom belongs to the stacked-bedroom edge.
A furniture decision to compare
A deep kitchen invites questions about working sequence, yet this reconstruction cannot prove appliance clearances or service positions. Start with its doorway and the path to a proposed dining table. In the living area, retain the projecting bath bay when testing seating along the outer edge. Flattening that projection would change both the boundary and the route you are trying to evaluate.
Review exercise: Casa Cocina Profunda
Choose two imagined dining locations in the lower living area, near and away from the central kitchen doorway. Trace carrying routes to each and add access to the projecting bathroom. Pull a chair back in the near option and compare the local turn. Inspect the other bathroom separately from the bedroom side rather than assuming both use the same approach.
