Casa Interludio: Three-bedroom layout with a side kitchen between bedrooms
Three-bedroom layout with a side kitchen between bedrooms. A layout study from ResPlan 15251.
Casa Interludio is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 15251. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Interludio layout
An enclosed kitchen forms a shallow side bay between two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom sits across a pair of bathrooms at the upper edge, while a short central corridor opens into the large living area below.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 9.133 × 8.974 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Interludio places the kitchen between bedroom destinations rather than at the end of the social room. Read its doorway together with the short central corridor, then trace movement into the lower living area. The upper bathroom pair and third bedroom introduce another branch. A broad living room can still depend on a single small junction for several daily trips.
A furniture decision to compare
Dining in the lower shared room should be compared by its relationship to the corridor mouth, not only its distance from the kitchen wall. A near table may shorten the serving trip but crowd the same junction used by bedrooms. Keep the shallow kitchen bay distinct; describing it as an open social kitchen would erase the enclosing boundary established by the public summary.
Review exercise: Casa Interludio
Trace kitchen-to-living movement and the trips from the living area to each bedroom through the corridor. Compare a dining table beside its mouth with one farther into the broad room, using identical dimensions. Add a chair in use to each option and mark the first conflict. Keep the kitchen enclosure and upper bathroom pair visible in your comparison.
