Casa Rodeo is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 13245. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Rodeo layout
The living area runs from the upper recess around a middle bedroom toward the lower entry-side space. The other two bedrooms occupy opposite corners, with the kitchen above a vertical pair of bathroom bays along the remaining side.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 8.155 × 10.051 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Rodeo’s living area bends around a middle bedroom, so the shortest visual line across the plan is not the route people can take. Follow the actual living floor from the lower entry-side space toward the upper recess. Add trips into the two corner bedrooms and side kitchen. Their paths may share different parts of the bend rather than one common central crossing.
A furniture decision to compare
Study seating within one part of the turning living area before extending a group across its bend. The central bedroom wall is a boundary to work around, not a decorative divider that can be ignored. On the remaining side, the kitchen over stacked bathrooms creates a service row whose doors need individual checks even if the model presents similar finishes along it.
Review exercise: Casa Rodeo
Trace the entry-side-to-kitchen trip following the bend around the middle bedroom. Compare a seating group within the lower segment with one extending around the corner. Then trace each bedroom approach and the two bathroom destinations. Mark which part of the bend stays shared by all trips and which part belongs only to a particular room approach.
