Casa Paso Central is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 1509. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Paso Central layout
A broad open passage connects the kitchen and living area to three bedrooms arranged around its edges. Two bathroom bays sit together beside the upper bedroom, while the lower corner bedroom extends beyond the kitchen side.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 11.674 × 10.218 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The broad open passage is Casa Paso Central’s shared distributor, so its generous appearance should not make it disappear into the living-room furniture zone. Trace the kitchen and three bedroom trips through it before placing a table. The projecting lower bedroom also changes the corner relationship at the kitchen side, while the bathroom pair adds destinations near the upper room.
A furniture decision to compare
A broad passage may accommodate more than movement, but any added use should be tested against all branches. Compare a small movable table at its edge with a fixed dining group occupying its middle. The project’s lower projection should remain in the image, because a neat rectangular crop would hide the different distance and turn toward that bedroom.
Review exercise: Casa Paso Central
Mark the center of the open passage and trace trips from it to kitchen and all three bedrooms. Compare edge and central table positions with a chair pulled back. Inspect the upper bathroom approaches as an additional pair of destinations. Count affected branches rather than counting empty floor, and note whether the lower projecting room takes a distinct turn.
