Casa Sala de Llegada: Three-bedroom plan with an open entry-side room
Three-bedroom plan with an open entry-side room. A layout study from ResPlan 13244.
Casa Sala de Llegada is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 13244. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Sala de Llegada layout
The living area joins an unlabeled entry-side room and a short hall serving two of the bedrooms. A third bedroom sits beside the living area, while the enclosed kitchen and two bathrooms occupy separate upper and side bays.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 10.26 × 7.988 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Sala de Llegada has an open arrival-side room connected to the living area, but its source function remains unlabeled. Follow arrival into the shared room, then separate the route to the bedroom beside it from the two reached by the short hall. The enclosed kitchen and dispersed bathrooms add different turns. Their placement should not be compressed into one assumed service core.
A furniture decision to compare
Keep the arrival-side room flexible in the narrative rather than assigning a dining or reception purpose as fact. Compare a light furniture grouping there with keeping it mostly open, while checking sightlines to the short hall. The bedroom beside the living area may face a different circulation condition from the hall-served pair; furniture should be tested against those differences.
Review exercise: Casa Sala de Llegada
Trace arrival through the unlabeled room to the living area and each bedroom. Mark which two trips share the short hall. Imagine a movable bench near the arrival-room boundary and compare the same journeys without it. Add kitchen and bathroom destinations last, keeping their separate locations visible instead of letting the open room absorb their access space.
