Casa Puertas Reunidas is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 11248. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.

Reading the Casa Puertas Reunidas layout

Two bathrooms and the enclosed kitchen line one edge beside the upper bedroom. A central corridor gathers the bedroom and kitchen doorways before opening into the living room, with the other two bedrooms along the lower edge.

The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 11.447 × 9.165 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect

The corridor in Casa Puertas Reunidas gathers doorways before releasing movement into the living room. Its mouth is therefore more consequential than an isolated empty corner. Trace routes from the enclosed kitchen and upper bedroom, then compare the approaches from the two lower bedrooms. A seating piece near the corridor exit could affect several rooms at once even if it obstructs only a small patch of floor.

A furniture decision to compare

Keep a clear distinction between the corridor’s gathering role and the living room’s staying role. Try placing the main seating group away from the corridor mouth before filling the room’s center. The bathroom-and-kitchen row above is a useful orientation reference, but each door still needs checking: alignment along one edge does not guarantee a continuous access strip along it.

Review exercise: Casa Puertas Reunidas

Mark the corridor exit into the living room and trace four trips through it, from kitchen and each bedroom. Compare a hypothetical armchair beside that exit with one on a quieter outer wall. Then inspect the two bathroom approaches. Note how many destinations each furniture position affects, keeping the review focused on the gathered doorway junction rather than overall room area.
