Casa Cocina de Borde: Three-bedroom plan with an open kitchen across the upper side
Three-bedroom plan with an open kitchen across the upper side. A layout study from ResPlan 3058.
Casa Cocina de Borde is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 3058. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Cocina de Borde layout
The kitchen stretches along the upper side and opens toward the central hall and living area. Three bedrooms sit around the remaining edges, with one bathroom beside the upper bedroom and another above the lower corner bedroom.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 11.135 × 8.357 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The open upper kitchen edge in Casa Cocina de Borde interacts directly with the central hall. Cooking activity and trips toward bedrooms can occupy neighboring floor rather than being divided by a complete kitchen wall. Trace those paths separately before considering an island or table. The two bathroom locations also differ, so the upper room group should not define every private route.
A furniture decision to compare
An open kitchen band does not automatically invite an island. First compare a dining proposal held away from the hall with one parallel to the working edge, keeping both as hypothetical options. The lower corner bedroom and its neighboring bathroom should stay visible in that comparison, because a solution favorable to the upper room could obstruct the route continuing downward.
Review exercise: Casa Cocina de Borde
From an overhead view, mark the kitchen working edge and central hall. Trace a kitchen-to-upper-bedroom trip and two trips toward the remaining bedrooms. Compare the dining options with chairs in use and inspect the lower bathroom route as well. If an island idea enters the discussion, label it a proposal and check its footprint against these same paths.
