Casa Cruce Ancho: Three-bedroom plan with a central crosswise corridor
Three-bedroom plan with a central crosswise corridor. A layout study from ResPlan 2633.
Casa Cruce Ancho is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 2633. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Cruce Ancho layout
The living room opens into a broad central corridor serving three bedrooms and the enclosed kitchen. Two horizontal bathroom bays sit on opposite sides, and the lower bedroom extends beyond the kitchen-side edge of the plan.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 10.989 × 10.331 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The crosswise corridor is Casa Cruce Ancho’s main distribution space, not simply an extension of the living room. Read its junction with the living area, then follow four branches toward kitchen and bedrooms. The opposing bathroom bays create additional destinations along different sides. A corridor can look broad from above yet lose its usable turning points to a single poorly placed storage piece.
A furniture decision to compare
A central corridor offers an apparent opportunity for storage, but compare shallow edge storage against keeping the junction open before assigning it a furniture role. The projecting lower bedroom should remain distinct from the kitchen-side alignment. Its route and the opposite bathroom approach may constrain different edges, so one continuous cabinet treatment needs more scrutiny than two small proposals.
Review exercise: Casa Cruce Ancho
Trace living-to-kitchen and living-to-each-bedroom trips across the corridor. Add both bathroom routes and mark the busiest crossing. Compare one continuous hypothetical cabinet with two separated shallow pieces on the same edge. Check the lower projecting bedroom from a second camera angle, noting whether its approach stays visible when the shared junction is furnished.
