Casa Bahía Central: Wide three-bedroom plan with a recessed central living bay
Wide three-bedroom plan with a recessed central living bay. A layout study from ResPlan 7719.
Casa Bahía Central is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 7719. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Bahía Central layout
A central living area sits below a wide exterior recess, linking three bedrooms and an enclosed kitchen. One bathroom lies beneath the kitchen, while another forms a narrow lower bay beside the outermost bedroom.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 13.136 × 7.063 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Bahía Central spreads rooms around a shared bay beneath a wide recess. Trace movement within that bay rather than across the gap above it. The enclosed kitchen has a threshold, while the outermost bedroom and narrow lower bathroom create a more remote branch. A furniture arrangement that preserves the nearest doorway may still crowd the route continuing toward that outer room.
A furniture decision to compare
The wide recess helps explain the central bay’s shape, so it should not be cropped away to create a cleaner rectangle. Compare seating held within the bay with a group extending toward its outer bedroom branch. Keep the bathroom under the kitchen and the narrow lower bathroom separately identified; their different locations imply different access questions, not a single bathroom zone.
Review exercise: Casa Bahía Central
Outline the central living floor beneath the recess and trace three bedroom trips from the kitchen doorway. Compare contained and outward-reaching seating groups using equal total footprints. Then add both bathroom destinations. Record the outer branch’s narrowest turn separately from the central junction, and correct any imagined route that crosses the exterior recess instead of the living floor.
