Casa Banda Media is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 9213. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Banda Media layout
The living area spans the middle between an upper bedroom, paired bathrooms, and the kitchen, with two more bedrooms below. The kitchen and lower corner bedroom project past the narrower side of the living area.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 7.882 × 9.73 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The middle living band in Casa Banda Media connects an upper room row with two lower bedrooms. The projecting kitchen and lower corner bedroom change its side edge, so movement cannot be inferred from one neat rectangular band. Follow each trip through the actual shared floor and identify where it turns toward the projections. The paired upper bathrooms add their own approaches.
A furniture decision to compare
Furnishing across the central band may interrupt several north-to-south trips in the drawing, so compare an arrangement along one edge first. This is a geometric reading, not a cardinal orientation for a real site. Keep both side projections visible when testing the proposal. Their differing local widths should be reviewed individually rather than using the plan’s widest overall dimension for every clearance.
Review exercise: Casa Banda Media
Trace kitchen-to-each-bedroom trips through the middle band and mark their crossing points. Compare furniture aligned along the band with furniture set across it. Include the upper bathroom approaches in both sketches. Inspect the projecting lower bedroom’s turn separately, and note which constraint belongs to the shared band versus the narrower side relationship.
