Casa Trazos is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 4482. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Trazos layout
Three bedrooms, two labeled bathrooms, and an enclosed kitchen surround a central living area with a shallow recess along the upper edge. The current model still omits two source enclosures.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 10.497 × 8.395 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Trazos is an incomplete reconstruction study. The source layout places three bedrooms, two labeled bathrooms and an enclosed kitchen around the shared center, but the current model omits two source enclosures. A visible open route may therefore pass through a boundary that should exist. Treat circulation readings as questions for source comparison, not as settled conclusions about access.
A furniture decision to compare
The first design decision is to retain the missing-enclosure warning beside the tour. Furniture can make the center look resolved without correcting its topology, so a polished seating proposal would overstate what this release demonstrates. Keep the shallow upper recess visible and postpone any furniture recommendation whose available floor or wall support depends on either omitted enclosure.

Open the ResPlan source alongside the public tour and locate the two source enclosures missing from this release. Mark their boundaries on a review sketch before tracing any kitchen-to-bedroom trip. Classify each affected route as unresolved and set aside furniture options relying on that area. If the source cannot be inspected, record the comparison as incomplete rather than filling the missing geometry by guesswork.
