Casa Ala Compartida: Three bedrooms beside an open kitchen and living wing
Three bedrooms beside an open kitchen and living wing. A layout study from ResPlan 12196.
Casa Ala Compartida is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 12196. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Ala Compartida layout
The kitchen and living area form one open side of the plan, connected to the bedroom corridor. Three bedrooms occupy the other edges, with one bathroom in a narrow lower bay and the second beside the upper bedroom above the kitchen setback.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 11.378 × 8.312 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The open shared wing in Casa Ala Compartida connects to a bedroom corridor, so there is a recognizable transition between social movement and private-room distribution. Locate that transition before setting a dining table. The narrow lower bathroom and upper bathroom near the kitchen setback create separate destinations. A clear wing-to-corridor connection is only part of the route review.
A furniture decision to compare
Compare furniture as a sequence along the shared wing: dining related to kitchen, seating farther away, and a visible approach to the bedroom corridor. Then compare a grouping across the wing to see which routes it changes. Preserve the kitchen setback in both views; visually extending the shared side would erase the relationship beneath the upper bathroom and bedroom.
Review exercise: Casa Ala Compartida
Trace kitchen-to-corridor movement and continue to all three bedrooms. Add the upper bathroom and narrow lower bathroom trips as separate paths. Compare longitudinal and cross-wing furniture arrangements with the same footprints. Note whether the corridor transition remains readable and whether either layout assumes extra floor beneath the kitchen-side setback.
