Casa Cruce is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 12359, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. Two bedrooms occupy opposite corners, with the living room and enclosed kitchen in the other corners. An unlabeled room and a short connecting passage occupy the middle of the plan, alongside the bathroom and its small anteroom.

Four corners, an unresolved middle

Casa Cruce gives each outer corner a clear labeled role: two bedrooms, a living room and an enclosed kitchen. The center is less definite, with an unlabeled room and short passage. Retaining that uncertainty is more useful than assigning a fashionable function to every visible space.

The public model reports an approximate overall width and depth of 7.71 × 8.15 m. Those are model bounds, not internal room measurements or a usable floor-area calculation; recesses and wall thickness make that distinction relevant here.

Diagonal bedrooms mean the shared circulation crosses between different private destinations. The bathroom and its small anteroom add another sequence beside the central spaces. Read the anteroom as part of the connection, without assuming it provides measured storage capacity or a second bathroom function.

Leave the unlabeled room open to a brief

The unlabeled room could prompt a conversation about dining, work or storage, but none of those uses is established by the public summary. Before choosing one, identify every connection it must preserve. A proposed purpose should follow the circulation rather than erase it.

Test a use without changing its attribution

Locate the unlabeled center and sketch a small work surface as a hypothetical option. Trace routes from both bedrooms to the living room and from the kitchen to the bathroom anteroom. Keep the source label unchanged and list the connections the new footprint would affect.

Record the hypothetical desk separately from the unlabeled source room, so a later reader can distinguish a design option from a documented part of the plan.
