Casa Dos Bandas is the editorial name for this study of ResPlan plan 7131, reconstructed in 3D by Lodnor. The bedrooms occupy the upper corners of the plan, separated by a narrow bathroom bay. Below them, the living room and kitchen connect around a partial wall, with the second bathroom set between the kitchen and one bedroom.

A private row above a shared row

Casa Dos Bandas sets the bedrooms in the upper corners, with a narrow bathroom between them. The lower side contains kitchen and living room around a partial dividing wall. A second bathroom lies between kitchen and one bedroom, giving that side of the transition a different depth and sequence.

Its reported model bounds are about 8.45 × 7.02 m in width and depth. This is a useful orientation cue for the cutaway, not a measured statement about a property. Judge the arrangement first, then verify the particular dimensions a proposal depends on.

The wall end and bedroom approaches both count

The shared rooms connect around the end of the partial wall. The private row adds bedroom and bathroom approaches beyond that connection. A layout should therefore be reviewed in two directions: along the lower shared band and across toward the upper rooms, where the bathroom bays interrupt regular spacing.

Use the partial wall as a reference, not a guarantee

The wall can orient a dining proposal near the kitchen, but it does not establish a protected passage beside the chairs. Start with the actual opening at its end. A table that fits visually in the lower band may still obstruct the route into the bedroom-and-bathroom group.

Test the chair against the wall end

Locate the partial wall and narrow bathroom between the bedrooms. Sketch a dining table near the wall end and pull one chair back. Trace kitchen-to-living and living-to-bedroom routes separately, then compare a table moved away from the opening while keeping the same seating count.

The chair at the partial wall’s end is the changing condition; keep the upper bedroom-and-bathroom group visible when interpreting what that small furniture move achieves.
