Casa Cruce Breve is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 2131. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Cruce Breve layout
A short hall joins two stacked bedrooms to the living area along the opposite side. The kitchen occupies a deep bay above the living room, with one bathroom beside it and another in a narrow lower bay.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 11.653 × 7.696 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The short cross-hall is Casa Cruce Breve’s hinge. Bedroom access reaches the living side through this connector, while kitchen movement originates in a deep bay. A furniture arrangement should respect the meeting of those paths instead of assuming the entire living-room edge is available. The narrow lower bathroom bay introduces another destination that can change the apparent simplicity of the crossing.
A furniture decision to compare
Treat the kitchen’s depth and the hall’s length as different questions. A deep kitchen may hold a longer working sequence, yet its opening still concentrates traffic at one point. For the living room, favor an arrangement that makes the cross-hall exit obvious. Do not turn the lower narrow bay into general storage merely because its contents are visually modest.

Follow the kitchen-to-upper-bedroom trip, pause where it crosses the hall, and reverse it. Then repeat toward the lower bedroom and lower bathroom bay. Mark the common crossing on a plan image. Test a hypothetical chair at that spot against one placed beyond it; compare the route change rather than judging the chair from the overview alone.
