Casa Ámbar is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 11277. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.

Reading the Casa Ámbar layout

A broad living room extends into a central connecting area between the two bedrooms. Two bathrooms and the enclosed kitchen line the lower edge, while a recess separates the kitchen from the upper bedroom along the side.

The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 9.377 × 8.512 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect

Casa Ámbar gives the living room a connecting extension between bedrooms. Distinguish that extension from the larger seating floor: it may be the part people repeatedly cross, even if it looks like extra room for furniture. The lower kitchen-and-bathroom row creates another set of destinations, while the side recess prevents a simple rectangular reading of the kitchen-to-bedroom edge.

A furniture decision to compare

Use the main living area for the deepest furniture and test lighter pieces near the connecting extension. This is a planning hypothesis, not a prescription from the source. Retaining the side recess is essential: otherwise an illustrated cabinet might appear to continue through a boundary that the public plan does not contain as usable indoor floor.

Review exercise: Casa Ámbar

Choose the central extension as the focus and trace living-to-each-bedroom trips through it. Add separate routes toward the enclosed kitchen and two bathrooms. Compare a deep chair inside the extension with one retained in the larger living floor. Keep the side recess visible, and distinguish a blocked indoor route from an exterior gap in the outline.
