Casa Centro Dentado: Two bedrooms and a kitchen around a notched living core

Two bedrooms and a kitchen around a notched living core. A layout study from ResPlan 8063.

Casa Centro Dentado is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 8063. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.

Reading the Casa Centro Dentado layout

The living area turns between a kitchen and two bedrooms at opposite corners, reaching a recessed outer edge between the upper rooms. Horizontal bathroom bays sit below the kitchen and upper bedroom, with a second recess along the side.

The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 10.184 × 9.659 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect

Casa Centro Dentado requires a turning route through its shared center. Two exterior recesses and bathroom bays interrupt the edges around it, so there is no single long wall that explains every trip. Follow kitchen-to-bedroom movement in both directions and distinguish an indoor junction from the outside notches. Empty space in the bounding outline is not automatically walkable floor.

A furniture decision to compare

Furniture should help identify the turning route rather than hide it. Compare a compact seating group held away from the notched edges with a more spread-out arrangement. The bathrooms beneath different upper rooms need individual access checks. Their shared horizontal orientation is a drawing relationship, not confirmation that their fixtures, services or door swings are equivalent.

Review exercise: Casa Centro Dentado

First outline only the indoor living floor, excluding both recesses. Trace kitchen-to-upper-bedroom and kitchen-to-opposite-bedroom trips within it. Compare compact and dispersed seating footprints, then inspect the bathroom destinations. If a route in your sketch crosses either exterior notch, correct the sketch before evaluating the furniture; otherwise the comparison gives space the plan does not provide.
