Casa Azahar: Two bedrooms around a broad central living area
Two bedrooms around a broad central living area. A layout study from ResPlan 2672.
Casa Azahar is the editorial name for this two-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 2672. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Azahar layout
The living room connects openly to the kitchen, with bedrooms at opposite corners and two bathrooms beside the upper bedroom. An unlabeled lower area opens into the living room, while a small alcove sits beside the narrow side bathroom.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 9.694 × 9.033 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
The unlabeled lower area is part of the circulation question in Casa Azahar. Its open connection to the living room makes it relevant to movement, but does not identify a dining room, office or extra bedroom. Trace the two bedroom approaches and the kitchen connection first. Then inspect whether the small side alcove belongs to a route or sits outside it.
A furniture decision to compare
This study is useful for separating a visible shape from an assigned function. Compare a flexible, lightly furnished lower area with a dedicated furniture grouping, naming both as proposals. Keep the narrow bathroom and its neighboring alcove distinct. An appealing nook in the model is not confirmation that a desk can fit or that the original authors intended a work area there.
Review exercise: Casa Azahar
Mark the unlabeled lower area without renaming it. Trace kitchen-to-each-bedroom trips and mark any overlap with that floor. Try an imagined movable table in the lower area, then remove it and compare the paths. Inspect the small alcove separately. Record both the layout option and the unresolved source label, keeping uncertainty visible in the review.
